Here is my latest MHS based saber. This is my wifes design and her Template Fu (she does all my templates, cause I suck at them) and my Dremel Fu on some brass that has been enameled in flat black. More lathing madness on the MHS pieces. Details:

MHS pieces modified by yours truly

Brass sink tube, cut and enameled with industrial flat black

Seoul P4 Green driven by a Vader board with gold mini bullet quick disconnects

Recharge port, counter sunk to fit oh so nice.

TCSS Speaker/battery pack combo

Black Anodized Covertec wheel

1" thickwalled blade externally sanded 6ft of wrap

This is my favorite saber. I know it is a bit common with elements from Anikin/Lukes Graflex, (the grip section) Lukes ROTJ (ribed section) and Obi's ANH (choke and blade holder). A bit long but since I am 6'8 and have big hands it works for me. Runs on a Lux3 blue.




This is my 4 year olds saber. Graflex inspired I modified it from halloween because it needed a little more. Runs a lux 3 green




Ok my 1.5 year old really didn't need a saber but it ends up it is his favorite toy. His lightsaber form is very unique... think bull rush with a yell in slow motion. But it is cute... I think this one is not "finalized" yet but for now it is. Runs on a lux3 Cyan (more blue than green).



Having a Jedi saber myself, and a Jedi lightsaber for every member of the family leads to one question, who to fight. So I guess I just had to make a sith saber. Runs on a Lux3 red.

Here is our latest saber, we call it Hurrikaine, after the violet crystals that Mace used. It uses the new fluted center section from TCSS, TCSS MPS 3 V1, BH style 3, a custom machined choke/turned crystal chamber that contains a real quartz crystal lit by a purple led. Custom brass overlays with double S curves. Recessed re-charge port under the brass. 3 watt RGB led with 250ohm micro pot attached to the board to mix the perfect purple. Pot is accessable when battery pack is slid out. 4.8v NiMh 1000mah pack powering a Hasbro Fx Obi board. Hope you guys like it, it was a LOT of work.

After all the lurking, questioning, saber builder rendering, learning how to solder, and everything else I finally have my own custom saber fully assembled and operational.



For any keeping score at home, it is 100% Custom Saber Shop Modular Hilt System Parts:
- Screw on LED blade holder style 3
- Choke point style 1 short
- Hilt style 3 with guarded switch
- Pommel style 4
