Thread: Keeping the tip on

    Default Keeping the tip on

Hello all, even though I am a nOOB hopefully I can contribute something to this site. During my recent build I found something pretty good and easy to get at your local Wal-mart, Lowes really just about anywhere. ONE-Stik2. It worked great for my blade tip... It dries clear and takes roughly 10-15 minutes to dry. So far it has withstood my kids, and if they can't break it; it can't be broken. Well anyway, Someone else has probably already used this before I'm sure, but just thought I would offer it up as a suggestion

At Wal-mart it is near the Tool/paint supplies, and at Lowe's it was on the same isle as the spray paint.

So far... there's not a single glue that I've found that will keep the tips on--but then again, my sabers may go through a lot more punishment than many peoples???

Either way--thanks RBWan... I'll keep it in mind!

My only solution (thus far) is "spongey" or rubbery/elastic-like glue + a thin wrap of clear packing tape....

Nope... hot glue (in my experience) does nothing for saber tips.

I use weld on #12 and I have yet to lose a tip. I don't duel as much as Novastar does though

The guy duels with lightsabers for a living.

    How cool is that?
