Emitter, MHS pommel and 1.5" tube-to-MSN converter all Tims, the rest is hardware. Flame design etched onto tube. Simple and elegant.

Just got around to posting my first saber. kept it simple, 3w, hasbro, hilt's just sink pipe and pvc.

Yoda inspired saber, with a 28 inch polycarbonate blade, corbins blade film, machined blade tip, green starO luxeon, and a micropuck led driver using 2 AA battereies. The grips are truck bed liner that is sprayed right on the hilt.

my first custom built saber. royal blue. the grips are made from doing cutouts with a sinktube and filling in the holes with plastidip.

New curved saber. Quick-Change LED kit (pictured with 3Watt Green and 3Watt Red), Darth Maul Sound Card and Speaker, 4 AAA battery holder, Switch #7, Tim's Blade used with Green LED, Stock MR used with Red LED.

Each picture shows 2 different versions of the same saber, type 1 has 2 curves (about 15-16 inches in total length), type 2 has the second curved removed as another option (about 11 to 12 inches in total length).

Two custom sabers:

1) Luxeon 3 watt blue with a 3/4 inch blade corbin's blade film and a 1.25 inch hilt.

2) Luxeon K2 white with a purple lee filter, a 1 inch blade and Tcss diffuser.

RGB 3 watt prolight led with a brass hilt, 3 micropucks to drive the led powered by 2 AA batteries, with a 36 inch 1 inch diameter blade with Tcss diffuser. The metal blade holder was turned by myself. (The pics were taken in a normally lighted room.)

My last customer sabre, a sith one ! my first saber equipped with my new Ultimate Luxeon Controller board (sound + light all-in-one board). Custom machinning at home + 35 mm chromed tube hilt, rubber grip looking like leather. Star III red LED - 4 2700 mAh AA NiMH battery pack with recharge port.

Anakin/Vader inspired. Built around a 1 1/4 sink tube for weight. 1/12 sink overlays and a $7 eBay chrome shroud. Waiting for Tim's 1 1/4 sink tube blade holder to hit the store so I can finish it off with MR Luke board and 3 watt abmer lux.

Staff saber, all machined aluminum hilt with 2 blue K2 luxeon leds and 26 inch polycarbonate blades with blade film diffuser.
