Default E11 Stormtrooper Blaster 3D Printed w/R,R,B tricree, 28mm bass, sc 2.1mm rcp, proffie

Figured this build was worth a post on the forums. There were several components from TCSS in this build, namely: 7/8" LED Module, custom R,R,B tricree and carclo lens, 2.1mm switchcraft recharge port, 18650 battery,SSD OLED, keystone 18650 holder.

The prop gun/rifle was 3D printed on Ender 3Max Neo. I also designed a chassis to go into the E11 with Fusion 360, and I'll link all the files so if you have a printer you can do this too!

If you want to build this prop, you have to cut off the back end of the bolt that has reduced diameter from rest of bolt, and drill a hole through bolt to route tri cree wires through. i also cut off the back half of the bolt to make wire routing easier. I glued in small tactile switches in Hegster Counter box push button (aux switch), and behind trigger. Hegster Counter was cut out for insertion of SSD1306 OLED Display. I had to drill a hole on the inside of the the Hegster counter, as well as the gun to route the 6 wires from the counter into the gun. The 6 wires are: 2 switch wires, 4 from OLED. It was a fun build, and if you use a rotational kill key, it allows for a semi-permanent install, but I did allow enough wires to remove the chassis and swap battery if needed.

    Happy building!

You know I’m all about the custom saber builds but this thing is wicked and deserves more recognition.
Excellent work Tom, as always. I especially love the stun setting. Awesome!
I’ve said it before but we need a good ‘stun block’ NPXL effect with the blue rings hitting the blade and dissipating outwards. That’s a job for someone who loves coding and that’s not me.

Me neither, I'm no coder! Thank you very much Greenie for the comments, that means the world coming from you. I loved this build. It was like old school lightsaber build meets 3D Tech! It was a lot of fun!!!!!

Nice work! The way the barrel lights up and the creativity with the OLED really stand out!
