MR Conversions

Third is another Luke ROTJ, it’s the one I posted about here:

It has now been converted with a TCSS Luke blade holder. I also decide to turn it into a V2 but as first built (no weathering). I prefer it this way plus I know I would never be happy with the way the weathering would come out, I’m too much of a perfectionist.

Heres what I did. I removed the copper paint from the neck section and painted it and the lower section of the hilt black. I replaced the control box with a clamp from a Luke ESB hilt. Since the new clamp doesn’t have a switch I mounted one from a Luke ANH in it, just like what I did on my Obi Wan MHS saber. I drilled and taped holes for the cone knob and fillister screw then mounted them. Then lastly I replaced the triangle ring with a D ring. I also polished it a bit so it would be more shiny! It has a green 3w luxeon.

Had an extra Vader Hilt from which I had scavenged the board. I thought a blue Lux III w/ 1A pulsedriver and double-wrap corbin's film blade would look good, I think mission accomplished!

Here is a Mace Windu MR hilt with a Crystal chamber

First, I sanded off all of the "Gold" and painted the pieces flat black. Next, I created a crystal chamber with a sliding internal shroud . The LED's are driven in parallel by the MR board and the crystal chamber is seated into the MR cradle. Blade LED is a Bin1 Cyan Lux III. Crystal chamber LED is from a MR strip and is epoxied inside of a green acrylic TCSS crystal. MR blade holder is a TCSS kit.

This is a Hasbro Fx Conversion to a Graflex ANH replica.

It has a Replica bubble strip, Graflex screw, Glass eye and a conversion kit from TCSS with black epoxy accents and a blue Seoul P4. It has the other "classic" features of my anakin conversions (PVC spacer, etc.)
