Thread: ID-Wall

    Default ID-Wall

Saw this on StarWars.com and thought it was pretty cool. Maybe you guys with the Vader costumes can snag a Death Star wallpaper, or something... []

In any case, here it is:

    EDIT-

Ouch... If I did the conversion properly, a 15' x 10' wallpaper would be about $1707.00 USD.

Might just be better off trying to do sections at Kinko's. []

Even at kinkos it will cost a butt load. In color and canvas a whole wall would put you back a few hundred. If anyone wants quotes I could go to my copy center... I'm there a bit printing 11x17's on cardstock.

    What about on glossy paper...?

    Cheaper maybe?

That's what I was thinking, like glossy paper sections with adhesive backing. What you think that would cost?

Adhesive backed paper is $1.20 for a 8.5"x11" (at least at my copy center.[] Having something like that printed is more than it would cost to wallpaper a room easily no matter what paper you use. Printing at large sizes is insanely expensive because of ink. The max my copy center can do is 40" wide so it'd take MANY expensive prints in sections. You are also paying for high quality. You can just blowup any old picture, a 8.5"x11" at 300dpi blown to 72dpi (minimum resolution for our eye is only like a movie poster size.
