New Jedi order (non-canon costuming group)

There will not be a store attached to the website or forums at all. We of course will give full credit to any and all contributors to our beloved hobby. I can honestly say, if I hadn't stumbled across Tim's store I would have never gotten as into the saber and costuming scene as I am now. I consider the people I've met through these and other saber related forums my friends, which I wouldn't have if not for Tim, Corbin, Erv, Jon, Alex, etc etc etc.

So yes we will post links to any and all sites that contribute to this hobby. I can't thank Tim enough for allowing us to use his forums to get this whole thing started, just another way he has helped further this scene.

So thanks to all I've mentioned here and to all those I didn't, you know who you are!

I have a quick question, will there be a section for like smugglers and spacers, who are or are not jedi? I'm just wondering because I'm creating a smuggler/spacer jedi and I don't want to have all this time and effort I'm putting into my costume to be for nothing.

As long as the character is Jedi they will be welcome. There will not be Han Solo types admitted unless your back story explains how you are also a Jedi. This is a JEDI EXCLUSIVE group, but you are free to make whatever kind of Jedi you can create.

I am writing my back story now. I have never written one before and it is kinda fun. I can't wait, can't wait, can't wait!!!! Oops, a Jedi must learn patients.

As for the 'spacer jedi', during the KOTOR era there was a distinct lapse in uniform for the jedi, so I can't see it being a major issue so long as the actual costume is of a decent standard of customization, i.e. not jeans and a bomber jacket.

That's just my 2creds.
