I think it has been narrowed down to a flash upgrade. A fix is being worked on.

Tim is correct..
I believe it has to do with the latest Flash Player 10 update.. which aded some security features..one of them being that the SAVE AS box go no longer be automatically popped-up.. it needs to have an event (ie: click) initiate it.
