HA they even got the wild parrots in there lol!

for those that don't know there're a flock of wild parrots descended from escaped pets that hang out in SF.

We've got a smaller flock of wild parrots here in Orange County California, where I live. I instantly recognized the sound of those parrots in the video, ours down here are the same ones.

I remember seeing a pair of escaped ones, way back in 1976, when I was in high school. I wouldn't be surprised if they descended from them. Maybe they hooked up with a few other escapees over the decades.

I wonder how many other flocks of wild parrots are in this state?

Many are likely the same ones. Psitticines of that size live for 50 or more years!
