Default A referance guide to LED wiring

I found the referance guide for a normal resistor but what if I am using a Buckpuck 1000mA. Is there a guide for wiring, I have experiance in wiring simple electronics but nothing hard core.

and I am using a luxeon III

I know Arm on Fire posted a nice pic that included two buckpucks and a Joe Jedi (SW-616) sound board. Do a search and you should find it.

A buckpuck is dead simple to hook up.

Red and black go to the battery. Put the switch in the red.

Blue and white go to the LED. White is positive, blue is negative.

Ignore the gray and yellow unless you are using a potentiometer to dim the LED. I usually cut them off short and shrink a little piece of shrink tube over the end of them.

If you need it, I can draw up a rough picture.

    If you don't mind.

I found Arms on Fire's pics but more would help greatly
