If this helps, great. If not... well... small steps.

There is no real end all step by step. Every saber is different and everyone has their own approaches, that's what makes this a hobby instead of an assembly line and what keeps us all coming back to see what new tweak someone has come up with.

If you go through the tutorials section of this forum you will be armed with everything you need to know to get started and you will have a pretty good grasp of what you don't know yet which is, in my opinion, far more important.

I know there is a lot there and it can be hard to get a start on, here are the two tutorials that sort of cracked the code for me"

Sound gets more challenging as there are so very many boards and ways of dealing with them. Going through the wiring schematics section ( http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com...splay.php?f=28 ) will show you all kinds of approaches in sometimes mind numbing detail, but once you get a feel for what kind of sound you can afford (or is available) then you can narrow your search to only threads dealing with that sound board.
