    Depends, but an 1/4" 8-32 socket head would be a good place to start.

    I think it depends on how much you want the screws to show up on your saber. If they are meant to add to the looks then the bigger ones would give you that. If they are meant to just hold it together, then use the set screws that screw in flush against your saber.

    I think the most variety of screws that Tim carries are the 8-32 ones.
