Sweet saber man, a great first! How did you do the drilling for switches in the ribbed grip section?

I have a small bench top drill press that I used with a 9/64 drill bit.

These are the switches, they're about 3/8" tall:

They’re kind of a pain to install. Alignment is crucial or they start to bind up. I had to fabricate an internal ring that held them against the inside of the housing.
