I love your work on this saber Obi-Dar!
I was just wondering what you used for the ring at the top of the emitter? Is there a set screw on the backside not shown in the pictures?

It's a ring that I had custom machined. It's a very close fit to the sleeve that it slides onto, so it just took a thin smear of JB Weld to hold it on.

The saber has gone to a new home, so I can't take any more pictures, but I think I have what you need here. There are only two parts. The sleeve and the ring.

This is the emitter sleeve.


This is the ring.


The ring just slips on to the sleeve. No fasteners needed, just a little JB Weld.


The whole thing slid over the BH, then I screwed the greeblies in.
