Arkai Halon 3.0

Ok, so when I first got the costuming bug, I made costume 1.0


After getting tired of explaining that black did not mean Sith, I redid my costume and ended up with this. 2.0


A slight modification later, 2.5



Now, after much time, effort I've got this. I made EVERYTHING on this except the boots and outer robe. I made the belt, the pouches, the capsules, the saber (Ok so Tim machined it, but I assembled it) the tunic, the under tunic, the tabards, even the pants. all sewn by me. Needless to say, i'm a little proud of it. And for those that have been around to long enough to see my original concepts, Arkai Halon is a Miraluka, so i FINALLY got my dang blindfold (and yes, I can see)

What is the blindfold made of?

the blind fold is an undyed cotton gauze. it's thin enough to see through, but not so thin you can see my eyes. As long as there's no direct overhead light, I can see pretty darn well.

I used some black in my jedi costume as well. Found my self shouting "LUKE...LUKE WORE BLACK...LUKE SKYWALKER..."

Very nice costume, and a good Miraluka. Personaly I quite like the colours of version 2.5 too.

Awesome Miraluka costume dude. Thats always been one of my favorite races in Star Wars. I have a friend who made a Miraluka Dark Jedi costume. This is another one of our friends wearing it.
