The seller is in the US and has relisted the item with a lower price.
If I wanted a Yoda saber or an Anakin saber, I would buy it and get the remaining parts elsewhere.

There is one eBay for each country, each in a different language, but that is mostly on the surface. You need only one eBay account for all sites
When you have achieved a feedback rating that eBay trusts you enough, your auctions will also show up on the other sites when you set "Post to:" to something else than <your country> (or a more restricted area). Before that, it will only show up on the site that you had posted the auction on.

    Ebay is still Ebay!
"In addition to its original U.S. Web site, eBay has established localized Web sites in thirty other countries (Germany, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Korea, Spain, the United States, France, Hong-Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Netherlands, the Philippines, Poland, United Kingdom, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey.)"
Whatever the country, you always bid on the same auctions.

That may be true, but I've found several times that the exact same search will produce more results on ebay.com than it will on my local ebay.co.uk.
    Strange but true.

That's strange indeed. But I think it's because of the seller. Darth Lars had an explaination on that:
