Need Help plz

Hi, im new to the lightsaber world and i was wondering could i make a lightsaber out of the luxeon 3 kit, 1.25" sink tube led/blade holder, a 1" polycarbonate 40" and a reflective tip... and also do i need a led blade diffuser or blade film?...if i have any of my list wrong or i need more items could someone please explain how i can make one... yes i've read all of the tutorials given on this site and nova star's tutorials on youtube so ive been trying to understand my hardest. I just want a led bright red (not orange) lightsaber =] thanx

You posted your question in the wrong forum, anyway. The is for EL, not LED.
