    Red face Custom Saber Idea

    Hey every buddy! I thought I would share with you a saber that I have been designing for some time now and see what you think.



    I would like to get it made but I would like to do all of the drilling. I don't know how to make square or triangle holes.

    Looks good but I think some kind of pomell would make it look even better. As far as the holes go use a drill with the appropriate sized bit and then finish the holes with a fine files. You can purchase the files from Lowes, Home Depot etc..

    I think something that looks like the MHS style 5 would be a nice touch.

    the design is very 'Luke ROTJ-ish' so I would suggest either style 3 pommel

    I think it might actually work as box-less Luke ROTJ... That's the one thing that could stand to go...

    I just used Paint. I made a grid and then added a ruler. If you want more detail then all you have to to is make the grid bigger.

    the black would actually be O rings so the machining would look like this



    because it is a Modular hilt system based saber i could try other pommels
