Stormtrooper saber

Has anyone made a MHS Stormtrooper saber yet?

Saw one on tinterweb the other day and thought "hmmmmm that looks cool", maybe needs some custom parts?

Hmm... its very doable with a bit of custom work here and there, it looks almost possible with a Sink tube.

All you'd have to do is use the Obi emitter, a choke point if you wanted, a basic 7" center piece and a pommel. Get it painted white and use some orings or heatshrink to make a grip section. Add switch box if you feel masochistic towards your hands and you're done.

I did one with a sink tube. Little simpler, but same concept.

Mhmm, I'll say! However, I thought a stormtrooper saber would be more white... pure white in fact. What colour will the blade be?

There is some early concept art about how Lucas originally wanted all the stormtroopers to have lightsabers. Also notice the riot shields in the background, LOL!:

But I think he later wanted to make them more "special".
