Thread: My Son's Jedi Costume

    Default My Son's Jedi Costume

Here's my son's brand new Jedi costume. The lightsaber parts (mostly) came from TCSS - soundboard courtesy of an Ulitmate Lightsaber kit from Disney World.

I made the robe, outer tunic, tabards, obi and belt. Found a nice thermal shirt for the inner tunic; Colorado Halloweens are quite cold, usually. I made the robe and tunic so that I could easily lengthen the sleeves about three more inches and the length on the robe about 5 inches. The robe is flannel, another trick for Halloween warmth, hopefully.

    Very Obi-Wan inspired colors.

Good shot of the belt. Simple, to be sure.

Great looking costume and really smart making it tailorable for future growth.

Very nice! With the top end saber, he's gonna be the envy of all the other kids come October.
Yes, I spell it sabre. I just like it that way.

Remember kids, using Darth or Master in your user name won't make you cool.

He looks ready to start his training under Master Yoda.
He should start practicing hand stands now.
(what is with Yoda and those hand stands)
