What do you need help with?
I see a good beginning kit for a saber, though it's missing pommel pieces at this point unless you're going to use sink parts there.

Also, the sink tube adapter has a female connection, and the only male connector you have at the moment is the blade holder. If you want to hook the sink tube to the hilt you have, you'll need a double-male connector.

Do you have a design in mind? You can use the Saber Builder to get an idea of how the pieces will go together before you buy the parts.

Well, you could use a sinktube adaptor, but again, echoing Arkai and Sunrider, you will need a double male adaptor.

Also, do you have a design in mind for the lightsaber? We would be better able to help you figure out what TCSS parts you need if you can show us the design you want.

any one can say me wath the difference about a EL blade and a LED blade

[Zero Unit]

EL blades are generally dimmer but more even. Typically 3/4" in diameter. No sound.

LED blades are generally brighter, and can be uneven or really even depending on what film and optics you use, as well as blade wall thickness. Typically 1" in diameter. Can have sound.

With the parts you have listed there, you DO NOT NEED A SINKTUBE ADAPTOR unless you plan on using it in another hilt, that is. That is only used when you plan to use a sink drain tube for the hilt or as part of the hilt. Since you have a shilt#3 at the top of your list, I'd say you aren't using a sink tube for your saber hilt, and so you don't need the sink tube adaptor or the double threaded male adaptor, either.

Here's all you need from your list to build a complete led saber:

*Screw on LED blade holder
*Double threaded hilt style 3
*MPS Pommel style 6
*MPS Insert style 6
*LED "TCSS style" Battle blade 1" OD
*Build Your Own Luxeon V Electronics
* Royal Blue
* Collimator Lens 5° viewing angle
* Push on/push off switch with red button
* 9V battery connector
* 6AA Battery Holder
* Luxeon III/V Lens Holder
* 3.3ohm 5w resistor

You don't need the speaker/batery pack either. The electronics kit you already have listed comes with the correct battery pack for the LED you have selected. the 4-AAA's in the combo pack won't power the Lux V.

You'll also want to add some type of blade retention screw to the list as well.

ooo! i would use this Screw on LED blade holder style 4 ,and than this,Screw on LED blade holder style 12 to make a hole where i can see the blade light before the blade holder

You can't screw two blade holders together since the MHS bladeholders don't have any female threads on them. You could probably get Tim (the owner of The Custom Saber Shop) to machine some holes into the blade holder 12 for an extra price. Give him an email at sales@thecustomsabershop.com and ask about it.
