Question about the saber blade

Hi! I'm from Bulgaria and I've want to ask you if some one know how can i make easy my lightsaber ( the grip + the LED blade ),cause in Bulgaria we have only diods ( in the shops the peoples say : we dont know wat is a LUXEON III LED - BLUE - means ) and if some one knows how can i make my lightsaber with a blade like in this clip : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sn9qlwvtIGk
