Were you guys clicking on the quoted link? That won't work no matter what. Quotes don't change when a post is edited. They are permanent. Try the one in the actual FAQ post.

I think it should be added to the FAQ that credit card gift cards can only pay up to their max value, and so on should contact Tim to set things up for that type of payment first!
