    Buy? No. Make your own? Yeah, you can check out metal suppliers for some blocks or plates thick enough to work with, and cut out whatever shapes you need.

    Wood is an alternative, that is easier to find and work with, though it may not fit the style of your saber.
    We all have to start somewhere. The journey is all the more impressive by our humble beginnings.

    I haven't done it but I'm sure you can CAD a pattern and then send the file and mats off to a company to have it laser/waterjet cut.

    Or if it's a display saber, you could 3D print them in plastic.
