Default Yep another switch suggestion topic.

Ok so I got my saber parts pritty much compiled, Iam gonna get rid of the GC for a m/m connector with the id opened like the ribbed section so I can use that space and am thinking of replacing the 2" section with a 3" section with a couple machined grooves of sort but this is where iam at and will still give you an idea as to whats going on.

Now this hilt has no holes in it and at the most I will ship it to tim and have him machine the hole for a guarded switch that I got here. Now heres the hilt.

With a guarded switch and recharge port now its kinda diffacult to get it to look right seing as sizes of stuff are different and that but its the general idea just imagen the switch and recharge port on the other side of the hilt.

Now for the aux button I have no idea at all and would like to stay away from a tactial switch at all costs.

My othe ridea for a power switch is a MR Maul switch assembly instead of the guarded one cause of A: would be cheaper int eh long run (I can resell all the parts from the maul and make most of my money back).
