MHS Lightsaber

Guys,

Just thought I'd post up pics of my first ever MHS LED Lightsaber.

And now for the magic...............

The Lightsaber does have sound, however dont ask me what board and things are in it, cos I dont have a clue. My friend Blair put the insides together for me.
It does have ignite and de-ignite (is that even a word lol) sound and the LED slowly illuminates and de-luminates (gosh Im making up words left right and centre here), as well as a constant low hum, a swing hum, and clash noise (with sensor), the aux button (the black one) controls blaster deflection sounds and lock ups (where the blade actually flickers slightly which looks really good), all controlled by an SD Card inside the unit.

Very nice Vecna! Sounds like you have a Crystal Focus! Got any pics of the board??

to be honest I really should have aksed him what it all was. Well I really want a much more hands on appraoch to my next saber (already in the planning stage).
I suppose I could take photos of the buts its really well put in there and I dont want to break anything, umm Ill ask him what board he used then update the top post

If you can change sound fonts, it shouldn't be anything before V2 i be leave

Very nice! I like the color scheme.

It looks good with the recessed switch. I'm going to have to get one of those...

man you got a Crystal Focus in there, you have a really cool sound card man!! Those things are like gold round here.

BOOOO!!!!!!!

That was for having a saber with CF in it and not even knowing it!!!!

There are people here who have and/or would sacrifice living things to own one of those and you get one all wrapped up in a pretty saber and everything works!

JK man, but you have to be one of the luckiest SOB's on these forums. Good thing I'm already teaming with the darkside or else my envy and jealousy would lead to anger that would lead me down the darkside path.

Awesome looking saber man congrats! Can't wait to see what you come up with for your DIY project
