The letters were initially cut with a careful hand with a dremel and then carefully finished off with mini files.

beautiful sabers there fellas. The name cut in Ambo is nice, kinda like what I have in mind for a Mace Windu inspired hilt that I have been working on. Do-Clo that green saber is wonderful, just not a color I would have expected from you[]

When I get some extra time I have another Heiland hilt that I am going to build for myself using the sound board and stuff from a MR Vader saber and yes it will be red.

Okay. I refitted my LED saber into a PVC hilt. It has a medical tape over black paint grip.
