Great pix all around...will post pix of my first saber- my mhs kit is on the way as I write this. If the weather will warm up a few degrees so I can work in my unheated shop, I should have it done in 2 or 3 weeks, job schedule permitting.....

Here's my latest suff. The last one I'm selling on ebay. The green one is too precious to me. The blade diffuser is Gleu's idea: to use PCV film. I buffed it more where the dim spot would be, and after some experimentation - it made for a really even blade! (1 watt Lux)

The paint is actually model paint. I use it on surfaces that are recessed so it won't be rubbed off. Plus the metallic paints are actually semi transparent (the red) - so they look great on aluminum.
