Question about optics getting stuck in my Blade Holder

One of things I've noticed when I was using my quick disconnect led, was when I tried out a different star, I had difficulty removing the blade holder as the optics get stuck inside the blade holder and twist the led and heatsink when I'm trying to remove it. This only happens with my second royal blue led as my green always has the optics fit over the led but much more loosely.

Is this normal for people to have the optics get stuck in the bottom of the blade holder?

It might be that the tabs are not fully locked so it is pushing the sides out. Just shave some off the corners and you should be fine.
