Nice and straight...
just finished the bulk of my new saber... still needs some finishing, grips, etc... but anyswayze, looking at other folks sabers here I am admiring the very straight precise cuts that I see. Ive built my saber pretty well I think for my first one, but some of my cuts arent as level as I would like them to be...
Im guessing the answer is a file and patience, but is there any special tools or techniques you all employ to ensure a nice level finished cut?
I used a carbide cutting bit to do finishing around edges and whatnots but theres still teeny tiny little unevenenss in some of the areas I cut away at. Doesnt look bad until you turn the saber on and you can really see the edges hahaha!
thanks!
rock.
