How could I use this soundboard, without the lights?

This depends on what you've already done to it. If it's still "stock" and untouched, simply do not connect the leads that go to the LEDs. I think this would mean removing one of the "white plastic" connectors that leads to the LEDs.

Granted, I have not used the SPECIFIC "FX Const. set" one... but it's a safe guess that the board is not designed TOTALLY different from the "normal" FX. It makes sense to assume that there would be a quick-disconnect for the LED array/strip.

Post photos too and maybe others can help... but I think your answer is simply: disconnect a white connector.
