    Default Rahm Kota Saber

Here is a new saber that I did for someone. The saber is machined from one piece of aluminum tube that has a one inch diameter center hole running the lentgh of the hilt. The grip section of the saber is milled flat on each side to be more like a cantana handle and the owner did the leather wraping to complete the saber. The led is a green 5 watt with a luxeon buckpuc driver and a 7.2 volt rechargeable batter pack with the recharge port in the center of the pommel. The blade is a thick wall Do-Clo blade 36 inches long.

Yep, and the saber was built for him. He provided the drawings and it was my task to make it. A tough saber to build but after he put the leather on it, I must say that I like it, a lot!

That looks like he used leather for the wrap, is that what's on there, Do-Clo?. I've got shoe string on mine...but the leather looks a whole lot better and cleaner.
