What does this mean?
I sent a second payment for an item I wanted to add to my order and that one shows as "Completed".
Why the different status? Both payments are marked as "Completed" in my PayPal history.

I sent a second payment for an item I wanted to add to my order and that one shows as "Completed".
Why the different status? Both payments are marked as "Completed" in my PayPal history.

Because the first one you added using the checkout process so paypal sends the info to our system saying the transaction has been captured. In other words you paid for it.
The second payment I added manually since you just sent a straight paypal payment. So it got marked differently.
