Your costume looks like it was stolen from the Lucasfilm Archives! It's phenominal!

I'm not into Expanded Universe and haven't been for quite a few years, but DAMN!!! I'm floored!

Ok that blaster looks awesome! Where did you get it? or did you make it yourself?

    And great costume BTW.

He built the blaster himself, he's made 2 versions. He had some of the parts machined or fabricated for them.

Check out this thread on the Rebel Legion forums where he talks about it.

Mel Mattson made his belt and holster. That's Mel as in Melanie, it's a woman.

I finally have a Jedi costume of my own. Since I'm about as good at sewing as I am leaping tall buildings in a single bound, I purchased the materials and had a good friend of mine sew it up. I'm quite happy with the results.

Okay it's been awhile since I posted some pics of my Jedi gear, and some of it has been updated since th last time I posted. Here's my Obi-wan inspired outfit taken with my young Padawan in his costume, at the West Michigan Whitecaps Star Wars Night in July 2007:

And here's a more recent shot of my Qui-gon inspired outfit with my padawan again, taken (with Darth Vader!) when we trooped the Kalamazoo Air Zoo Boy Scout Camporee:

I love that vid. Though the Imp. Guard was mincing slightly like a Scooby-doo villain towards the end! LOL!!!
Still, I bet the kids enjoyed it! (and the adults!)
