LDM's Do-Clo Redux

[Lord Dottore Matto]

I am not sure what name Do-Clo gave this saber, but it had potential so I figured I'd see if I could get her running. EDIT: its name is Terminus.

When I got it, it was not in working order. Turns out, it was speakerless, had a disconnected wire on the switch and the battery pack was totally FUBARed...well, she's all fixed and I was able to try a few new concepts that I have been mulling around because they just seemed to fit this hilt!

Custom Do-Clo hilt with machined brass enitter and custom pommel
MR Sith sound
TCSS guarded switch
Lux III red
Recharge/kill with custom brass key
3.7V Li-ion
MR speaker (cannibalized)
Brass wire inlay
LDM custom grip material
LDM custom blade

Not sure if I like the grip but to each there own right. I do love the Brass wire "accents". It really gives it a profesional finish. Also the emitter is sharp.

wow, the grip has really created a love it or not scenario. Suffice to say, the grip looks perfectly proportioned in real life and is very comfortable to hold.

I agree...in the pictures. It is kinda funny, but I LOVE it in person and considered not even posting it because of how it looks in the pix. No one has to worry, because I won't be selling it. I gets a place of honor on my wall right next to Starkiller!
