Red Bar Graph Display

I purchased a 10 segment Red LED Bar Graph Display from RadioShak today and i would like to use it in my saber when it arrives, any help on how to wire it in would be great, go easy, its my first run at all this.

This is the one i bought. Its a 20 pin dip.

Each is a positive and negative side to the LEDs. First set is first LED and so on... The package has the stats so treat it like any other small LED. The accessory LED sold here will be really similar in stats.
