Ok because it doesn't look like Tim is going to get these things before I need them to finish my saber, has anyone found any alternatives? I found something for a 3/4" blade, but I really wanted the 1" blade. But I havn't found anything to work as a heatsink yet.

nope.. (at least "I" havent) we all have un-finished sabers we are waiting on....
it has been 'MANY' months for these so far.. I wouldnt 'rush it'
I did happen to find "something" that might work as a heat sink. I found a collection of aluminum washers that are 1" wide. I was going to buy a box and play around with them and see what I can come up with.
