5 watters are easy to solder. I had no trouble with mine.

Thats nice to know I might "upgrade" to a lux. V. Because this K2 is not behaving. I got it solderd and it works but now I tried to put it in the hilt and now the thing has a disconnection some where. I've talked to some people on the forums they said it is't impossible to make a K2 work, but it's a pain. So now its eather a Lux. III or a Lux. V.

nice I got it working the quick connecters broke but I get new ones a home depot or radio shack. One problem, I got a TCSS battle blade and since it is a green K2 why is the blade so dim. But i have one of ultras blades and It is a little brighter and even. Any suggestions?

The TCSS battle blade is made for superior dueling capabilities, not superior brightness. Alex's blades are show blades. Naturally, they'll be brighter.

Try sticking some cellophane or gift wrap into the blade. That'll make it brighter.
