Which lens?

I'm using a red Lux III, and I haven't been able to find anything really helpful on which lens to use. Which should I use, the 5 degree lens or the 10?

the 10 is easier to clip into the holder, you wont see a difference in them.

EDIT: While on this topic...how far below the blade should the LED sit? I already have a thumbscrew for the blade, but need to figure out where to tap for heatsink holder.

Using the MHS system, the blade is about 1/8 of an inch away from the top of the optics
