Yup. PolyP, Cellophane, and Ultrafilm are all basically the same thing.

The minor differences are going to be thickness and static. You have to deal with it no matter what though.
For me I do quite a few blades so it's worth it to buy a large roll of PolyP vs. getting the cellophane "gift wrap" in a small quantity.
