hi im currenty working on a 1st saber and figures i pick a hard on to do
im looking at doing the tonfu type saber used in new upcoming forced unleased game
any info would help

Not too bad, do a search for 'tonfa' and you get a couple discussions on the subject that have come up in the last couple months. The only big issue over doing a standard hilt is that the joint where your tonfa handle meets up is going to be under a lot of stress so you wantto make sure you find something nice and solid. On the plus side you get a whole nother section to stuff with batteries

If it was me, I would just get the Maglite handle that was posted in one of those discussions. Seems like it would be way easier than trying to adapt a T-joint to fit a MHS saber.

That's just my opinion though.

it'll be tough but not impossible, Ambo did a couple that turned out real nice.

well im going with chorme sink pipe theres a tee connector that will fit
pipe is 1 1/4 thick/round ill probbly break out the weilder to make connections
on the pipe as for hilt and pummel no clue yet
