Well this was posted over at TDH but I doubt any of you have seen it so I'll post it here as well. Any comments, criticism, and questions are welcome. There are small details that need to be added but its almost done.

I look forward to seeing you in full armor.
I really love the age and scarring details you put in.
Makes it looked lived in.......Great Job!

I agree with Tenric, the aging and scaring look awsome. A couple of questions though. What kind of supplies did you use? What are you going to mount the breast plates on. Keep us posted.

Alright so I have been working on this for a long time and I have posted even more progress pics on TDH. In the end, this will be converted to a boba fett rotj, fiberglass molded, then the dent will be filled, sanded smooth, and molded again with fiberglass for a jango, and last but not least, the back portion with the cutouts where the mq1 board will go, it will be filled and sanded smooth, and molded in fiberglass for custom mandolorians.

Anyways to answer your question Zecks, I used fiberglass and body filler to smooth it out. I am also planning on using a boba fett flak vest to mount the plates on. I know a great method that a guy who goes by the name bobamaker showed.

Here it is filled, sanded and primered

    Filled even more.

And finally last night I got to add details before I ran out of glue
