    which sound boards are the best and most accurate?
    and where can i get one?

    You could make your decision and answer your own question with a little more study of the TCSS forum.

    To be concise, I'd simply tell you to purchase a Plecter Crystal Focus board.

    However, here is a better breakdown, albeit I'm leaving out many details:
    Crystal Focus -- programmable, expensive, auxiliary button, requires soldering experience, very customizable + top of the line

    Ultrasound -- a few programmable options for light driving, requires soldering experience, allows up to 12v, a bit more expensive than buying an FX board (alone, without the other parts)

    Force FX -- best boards are "good guy" saber boards, middle to lower expense on this one, simple, easy to setup, fairly high quality sound

    Hasbro
    -- cheap, but gets you sound and light driving
