Simply because of Euphoria physics and next gen graphics, it will be best played on the 360 aesthetically.
NOW don't get me wrong, being able to swing a saber around in the wii version WILL be fun as hell, which will force me to get both versions! The wii version was already stated to be a cut down version of the game because the wii's hardware can't handle some of the new graphical tech. Force unleashed will be using a next generation, and definitely revolutionary physics engine from Havok, called the Euphoria engine. This engine will be rendering real world materials as if they were really there. Whole video here.

I'm with valeon on this one. My dad realy wants a Wii, so we'll probably be getting it for that. But, I'm realy for the 360 version. I mean common, ok, yeah swinging the Wii sword around will be fun but I can't pass up the amazing new gameplay physics!

Oh, and I think I can guarantee that the game will be no different/better on PS3 than 360. I could be wrong, I don't know much about the PS3 so I'm not realy in a position to say.
