First hilt, classic style.... ignited...
Classic style feels more like episodes 4-6. Also waiting on MHS components for a 13 inch hilt. This one currently doesn't have electronics and only a blade socket as I'm having trouble getting hold of an adapter for the socket to mount the LED/heatsink onto.

Very nice saber! Very good for a first hilt!
I definitely like how it is turning out... The clamp is nice. That shroud is going to look terrific when finished. The asymmetry given by the off-centered screws is kind of odd, but gives the hilt an industrial look that fits perfectly with your concept of it being "classic style".
Keep working on it, IŽd really like to see how it looks when finished

I'll go the K2 route in green. I'd like to control it with the Ultrasound card but may save that card for the MHS saber I'll be constructing. Not sure how much room I'll have left in this saber for sound(speaker) once I attach the adapter between the blade socket and LED heatsink.
