Oh come on guys... we can be more creative than just saying "I built it." lol After all it IS the custom saber shop here.
Ok, using 7.4v Li-Ion 18650s side by side with a CF v1.2, but hilt is only 10.5" long, has a unique 36mm high-quality speaker in one version, and a 45MM speaker (with some bass!) in the darkside version. Recharge ports act as kill switches, and most of the saber is created from sink tube parts, rubber gaskets, and simple items that don't involve a lot of cost and no custom machining.
Although, yes they DO use the black anodized TCSS 1.25" emitter/heatsink setups... since they rock.
Finally, obviously custom sound fonts--Novastar & Blackstar. Won't be able to add more fonts of my own making until I purchase some version of CF v2.xx...

Ok, ok
It's hard to say what makes any one of my sabers special to anyone but me.
I think i'm more proud of the growth each saber shows.
Each one is my pride and joy, until I start the next one. Example is my Corran Horn, which was the first saber I ever lit up. How, I'm working on the protosaber, which is my first (and last) venture into EL.
So what makes them special? That I built them, learned new skills doing so, and hopefully made new friends along the way.
It would be helpful, Kinchar, if you actually spelled the title of the thread right

Well, with a few of mine, I installed some el wire highlights, either in the main grip, or in the foregrip. Another sweet feature: polished brass accent "plates" on chrome emitter shroud. Another has brass bars as a main grip, like Mara Jade's hilt.
This Jedi Ranger has a name....Terek Kelrune. Don't forget it.
No-one else finds mine too comfortable to use as I set it up for a Lefty, and most people find the button placement weird, though it's ideal for how I wield it!
