New Saber Maker

Hi all, I was introduced to Force FX sabers a few weeks ago by my brother who has gotten into saber making and i decided that making a simple saber would be more fun and cheaper than buying one, and one up-ing my brother by making a cooler hilt than him is always fun. I went to he store yesterday with a plan to buy some sink tube and mess with it, that plan soon went ou the window and i went home with a pile of parts and 4 hours later i had my first hilt:

just have to get the 1.25" sinktube blade holder from here, an electronics kit and a blade and i'll be all set.

thanks, it came out better than I expected cause I decided to take the opposite construction method of my normal measure twice cut once and went for the eyeball everything, so only one of the bands is actually tight againts the body, but the other 4 are close enough

X welcome and well done, considering you did it all from scratch that is awesome work my friend, I cheated on my first two hilts, I was one of the people that paid there 10 bucks for a lightsaber guide off of E-Bay when all those links were there free for the finding but no matter what I found the CSS and it has only gotten easier.
