This is a side by side Pictorial comparing Master Replica's, Portumac's, and Northglass' ROTS Vader Lids...Enjoy.



Lets start out by defining -there is no difference between the Portumac, and Northglass ROTS Vader lids. They are identical.
(-I put the reveal Vents in, it didn't come that way- )














Even on The Inside, the only slight difference is the padding.

That being proven, Now we can just compare One against The Master Replica Lid
Let's start with the Dome, or helmet.
Many say The Porty/Northglass ROTS lids have the OT helmet, you can see here, that is true.
Master Replica's is on the Right, Porty's is on the left










Now Look at the Profile, The Portumac Lid (Left) Looks like it's just a Black OT mask, masquerading as ROTS.














Now we can Look at it "head on" you will see the subtle, and not so subtle differences.
See the Unfinished surface inside the Dome of the Porty Lid, yes Northglass Lids are the same. The MR is completely smooth.

My honest opinion, is that dispite they're inaccuaracies, and short comings, the Portumac, and Northglass Lids are still awesome (for the price) for ROTS lids, and of course -they still blow the Rubies away!

I have always like the look of the OT Vaders better. the rots one just looks to small.

i never noticed if the NG lid is smaller than the rubies supreme or not.

guess when i pull it back out i can put it next to the Rubies, as its sittin on the desk on the NG lid stand.
