    Thanks guys,
    The mini tactile switch is the aux button - hidden under the plate. You activate it by pressing ino the black groove underneath the saber.

    The main switch is a latching pushbutton thing I found locally. Here is a look at it sunk into a 5/8" hole.

    Madcow is a single person and he wanted it to be unique. So no "runs".

    If you want a qui-gon you are going to have to cope like the rest of us... i.e. buy a Parks, make one, or pay huge amounts if you can find anyone willing to make a one-off.
