Where'd you get the knurled knob you used for the power button? I need some like that for a couple new sabers I am working on.

The button I ended up using is an anodized computer case thumbscrew that I cut the top off and drilled a hole in the underside.
Kinda like these:


The rubber bushing is half of a 5/8" grommet, hollowed out inside by my dremmel.


As for dimensions Nova... I made it to these specifications (which I found at sitharchives.com)

So, overall it is about 1.5" diameter, and in some cases like 1.3 or 1.4"... very sleek!
